Michael (“Mike”) Fraunces, founder and CEO, has 20 years of experience overseeing network infrastructure projects in both the wireless and electrification industries, while serving as the President of MD7, LLC, a wireless/electrification site development and real estate asset optimization company. Prior to joining MD7, Mike was a corporate transactional partner at the law firms of Pillsbury Winthrop LLP and Luce Forward, Hamilton & Scripps, LLP, focused on private equity and M&A transactions.

Joe O'Connor, COO, is a versatile professional with expertise in Telecommunications, Electric Vehicle Infrastructure, and sustainable energy. Known for his innovative leadership and problem-solving skills, he has made significant contributions to these industries over the past 18 years. Joe served as the Vice President of Operations for Md7 before becoming a Managing Partner and Founder of CGO Solutions. Joe is passionate about driving sustainable solutions and continues to inspire through his work and leadership.

She has secured substantial funding for telecom portfolio acquisitions and successfully led multiple portfolio sales. Dawn's proven track record of developing innovative financial solutions and navigating high-stakes negotiations has established her as a respected voice in both telecom and the electric vehicle charging industries.

Brett Giurlani, Chief Revenue Officer, has deep experience delivering telecom and electric vehicle infrastructure solutions, including EV charging hubs, battery storage facilities, and energy efficiency products . With over a decade of expertise in sales and business development, Brett thrives in helping businesses embrace cutting-edge innovations to boost resilience, NOI, and sustainability. Concurrently, Brett serves as a Managing Partner and is a founder of CGO Solutions. Prior to ACI and CGO, Brett co-founded Bluebird.cx, where he led transformative sales strategies for digital and physical corporate gifting solutions. He also held influential roles at Md7, where he spearheaded growth in emerging telecom markets and technologies.
