• We locate sites desirable for the installation of DC fast-charging charging hubs.
• We negotiate leases, easements and purchases of the real property needed for the installation of charging hubs.

If and as desired by our customer, we arrange for any (including any subpart) of:

• Entitling the site, including testing, design, engineering, permitting, zoning (if required), regulatory compliance and utility coordination.
• Fronting entitlement costs.
• Management of the Construction Bidding Process
