Site Acquisition

• We locate sites desirable for the installation of DC fast-charging charging hubs.
• We negotiate leases, easements and purchases of the real property needed for the installation of charging hubs.

If and as desired by our customer, we will perform any (including any subpart) of:

• Entitling the site, including testing, design, engineering, permitting, zoning (if required), regulatory compliance and utility coordination.
• Fronting entitlement costs.
• Constructing improvements by overseeing and managing all elements of the construction process.
• Financing improvements.
• Ongoing property management, including managing the ongoing relationship with the property owner.
